Isabella Rose Taylor is one of those creative Gen Zs who began painting at age 3 and designing at age 8. At the ripe age of 9, she staked her claim that “if art had legs, it would be fashion.”
Isabella is from Austin Texas, a member of Mensa and a Davidson Youth Scholar for the Profoundly gifted. She has won many national and international awards for poetry and art, been featured in numerous magazines including Forbes, Entrepreneur, WWD, Elle, Teen Vogue and Seventeen. Isabella has also enjoyed appearing on national TV shows such as Katie Couric, Steve Harvey and news shows on FOX, MSNBC, and CBS. She’s even shared her inspirational message encouraging other youth at TEDxHollywood and TEDxJanPath in New Delhi.
In Fall 2014, Isabella had a surreal, out of body experience when she partnered with DELL to present her Fall collection during New York’s Fashion Week. A designer’s dream come true.
Amazingly, Isabella wrapped up her high school studies when she was just 11 years old and went on to study Fine Arts at her local college. Currently, she is a second year student at Parsons (NYC) and has managed to stay on the Dean’s List. Outside of art, fashion and college, Isabella loves to make vegan desserts, act, do Pilates, walk her dog, hang with friends, travel and watch reruns over and over and over again.
